Privacy

UNimpossible Consultants Limited, Watton, Norfolk, is the data controller for this website. We keep this short because there isn't much to say: the site has no analytics, no advertising and sets no cookies.

When you contact us

If you use the form or email hello@unimpossible.co.uk, we receive what you send: your name, company, email address and message. We use it to reply to you and, if we go on to work together, to do the work. We keep enquiries for as long as the conversation is live and for up to two years afterwards, then delete them. We don't add you to a mailing list and we don't pass your details to anyone else.

The free website check

The check on the home page is a demonstration with example scores; it does not read or store the address you type. If you ask for a full report by email, the address you give us is treated as part of your enquiry, as above.

Hosting

The site is served from servers we run in the EU and UK. Like any web server they keep short-lived access logs (IP address, pages requested, browser type) for security and fault-finding, which rotate automatically.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it or delete it, at any time: hello@unimpossible.co.uk. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
